Job summary

Sun Tan City is seeking a Salon Director in Training to drive store performance, deliver exceptional client experiences, and supervise tanning consultants. You will lead by example in daily operations, sales mentoring, and maintaining a clean, client-focused environment.

The role requires management or sales experience, strong leadership, and the ability to work a 5-day, 35–45 hour week with nights/weekends as needed. Competitive benefits and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Management and/or Sales experience required.
• Beauty Industry and/or Customer Service experience preferred.
• Basic Computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to manage effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of client service techniques and operational practices.
• Problem-solving and organizational/planning skills.
• Strong leaderships skills, with the ability to coach and mentor.
