Sun Tan City is seeking a Salon Director in Training to drive store performance, deliver exceptional client service, and uphold operational excellence. You will supervise Tanning Consultants, lead by example, and ensure a warm, client-centric experience while achieving productivity goals.

The role requires management or sales experience, strong customer service skills, and the ability to coach a team. Benefits include health plans, PTO, and opportunities for growth within the Glow Brands family.

Qualifications

• Management and/or sales experience required.
• Beauty industry and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) are expected.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily salon operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Lead by example to create a client-centric experience and meet sales targets.
• Maintain a clean, professional salon environment at all times.
• Set clear team goals and monitor progress toward them.
• Provide coaching and feedback to improve daily performance.
• Generate sales reports and assist with inventory and overhead management.
