Sun Tan City is seeking a Salon Director in Training to drive store performance, deliver exceptional client service, and maintain operational excellence. You will supervise Tanning Consultants and lead the team to meet productivity goals with urgency and accountability.

The role emphasizes sales leadership, staff coaching, and maintaining a high-energy, professional salon environment while supporting company standards and processes.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily salon operations.
• Lead by example in client-centric service and sales performance.
• Maintain a professional, clean salon environment.
• Set clear goals for Team Members and coach them.
• Generate sales reports and assist with inventory and salon director functions.
• Help manage staffing to balance productivity and labor costs.
• Work nights and weekends; 5-day weeks (35–45 hours).
