Sun Tan City is seeking a Salon Director in Training to drive store performance, deliver exceptional client service, and uphold operational excellence. You will supervise Tanning Consultants, lead by example in daily operations, and foster a sense of urgency to achieve objectives.

The role emphasizes coaching, performance management, and maintaining a client-centric environment with strong leadership and accountability.

Qualifications

• Management experience required.
• Beauty Industry and/or Customer Service experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to manage effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership and ability to coach and mentor.
• Team-building skills.
• Ability to prioritize and delegate.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily salon operations in a fast-paced environment.
