Qualifications

• Management or sales experience required.
• Beauty industry or customer service experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to manage effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily salon operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Lead by example in service, sales and client experience.
• Maintain a clean, professional salon environment.
• Set goals and coach Team Members to improve performance.
• Generate sales reports, manage inventory and assist with Salon Director duties.
• Help control revenue and expenses while maintaining staffing levels.
