Sun Tan City is seeking a Salon Director in Training to drive store performance and lead Tanning Consultants. The role focuses on delivering exceptional client experiences, coaching the team, and maintaining operational excellence to meet productivity goals.

The position requires management or sales experience, strong customer service skills, and the ability to lead in a fast-paced retail environment. On-site work with full-time hours and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Management and/or Sales experience required.
• Beauty Industry and/or Customer Service experience preferred.
• Basic Computer skills (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Ability to manage effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of client service techniques and operational practices.
• Problem-solving and organizational/planning skills.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to coach and mentor.
• Team building skills.
• Ability to prioritize and delegate.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily salon operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Lead by example to create a client-centric experience and hit sales expectations.
• Maintain a professional and clean salon environment.
• Set clear goals and objectives for team members.
• Coach, train, and provide feedback to improve performance.
• Generate sales reports, manage inventory, and assist with Salon Director tasks.
• Support Salon Director to control revenue and costs.
• Maintain staffing levels to ensure productivity and customer service.
