Great Clips in Pooler Marketplace is seeking a Salon Manager to lead a licensed stylist team, coach others, and keep the salon running at its best. You’ll cultivate a positive workplace culture, cover shifts when needed, and help the salon deliver an outstanding guest experience.

Utilizing Great Clips technology and systems, you’ll stay organized, manage day-to-day operations, and mentor staff to grow their skills and confidence while delivering great haircuts.

Qualifications

• Valid Cosmetology and/or Barber license required (state variations).
• Proven leadership ability or readiness to take on full salon responsibility.
• Excellent communication skills and the desire to motivate, develop, and support a team.

Responsibilities

Great Clips @ Pooler Marketplace We are looking for a great manager who can foster a positive workplace culture where staff enjoy working and grow professionally as stylists. Must be organized, licensed, be able to cover all shifts where needed, and passionate about making people look their best. Must have a current Cosmology. Average pay about $42 per hour.

What You Bring To The Team

To join a Great Clips salon team as a Salon Manager, you’ll need:

• A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
