Great Clips is seeking a Salon Manager to lead a locally owned salon, coach stylists, and drive a high-performing team. You’ll manage operations, schedule staff, and ensure excellent customer experiences while upholding brand standards and leveraging leadership training.

This role blends hands-on service with strong leadership responsibilities. The ideal candidate holds a Cosmetology/Barber License, demonstrates strong communication and organizational skills, and embraces coaching others to grow

What You Bring To The Team

To join a Great Clips salon team as a Salon Manager, you’ll need:

• A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
• Strong technical haircutting skills and the ability to help others grow their skills and confidence
• Proven leadership ability or readiness to take on full salon responsibility
• Excellent communication skills and the desire to motivate, develop, and support a team
