Great Clips Careers of ND & MN seeks a Salon Manager to lead a locally owned Great Clips salon, coach stylists, and drive a high-performing team. You’ll balance operations with hands-on service, ensuring customer satisfaction and brand standards.

You’ll leverage leadership and communication skills to build a positive culture, implement training programs, and manage schedules in a fast-paced environment that delivers great haircuts daily.

Qualifications

• Valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License as required by state.
• Proven leadership and ability to motivate a team.

What You Bring To The Team

To join a Great Clips salon team as a Salon Manager, you’ll need:

• A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
• Strong technical haircutting skills and the ability to help others grow their skills and confidence
• Proven leadership ability or readiness to take on full salon responsibility
• Excellent communication skills and the desire to motivate, develop, and support a team
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage day-to-day salon operations
