Great Clips Careers of ND & MN is looking for a Salon Manager to lead a locally owned Great Clips salon and drive a strong, supportive team culture. Qualifications

• A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License is required (varies by state).
• Proven leadership ability or readiness to take on full salon responsibility.
• Excellent communication skills and the desire to motivate, develop, and support a team.
• Strong organizational skills to manage day-to-day salon operations.
• Comfort with technology and salon tools used for scheduling, metrics and reports.

Our stylists are W2 employees with guaranteed hourly pay and steady tips. Our team members make up to $30-$34 per hour of total income. We also have a 401(k) and 2 different medical insurance plans - benefits that are very rare in this industry.

What You Bring To The Team
