Great Clips is seeking a driven Salon Manager to own leadership and drive the salon to its full potential. Earn $25-$35+ per hour including base pay, tips, and bonuses; leadership training and clear growth paths are provided.

What You Bring To The Team

To join a Great Clips salon team as a Salon Manager, you’ll need:

• A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
• Strong technical haircutting skills and the ability to help others grow their skills and confidence
• Proven leadership ability or readiness to take on full salon responsibility
• Excellent communication skills and the desire to motivate, develop, and support a team
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage day-to-day salon operations
• Comfort with technology and salon tools (scheduling systems, metrics, and reports)
