Great Clips Careers of ND & MN is seeking a Salon Manager to lead a locally owned Great Clips salon. If you’re a licensed cosmetologist or barber with leadership skills, you can coach others, build strong teams, and run a high-performing salon.

This role offers a base pay of $24–$27 per hour with potential to $40–$50 per hour through incentives and tips. You’ll enjoy weekly pay, 401(k) matching, PTO, and ongoing training to sharpen your skills and grow your team.

What You Bring To The Team

To join a Great Clips salon team as a Salon Manager, you’ll need:

• A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
• Strong technical haircutting skills and the ability to help others grow their skills and confidence
• Proven leadership ability or readiness to take on full salon responsibility
• Excellent communication skills and the desire to motivate, develop, and support a team
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage day-to-day salon operations
