Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience in retail/customer service environment.
• 1 year supervisory experience required.
• Must be able to stand and walk for long periods (7+ hours).
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select, and orient store staff.
• Meet sales goals by training and coaching staff.
• Schedule and assign employees; follow up on results.
• Monitor controllable expenses (labor, cost of sales).
• Ensure store compliance with legal requirements and maintain store reputation.
• Assign tasks to keep store clean, stocked, and customer-ready.
• Build customer relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business.
• Create a positive, team-based work environment.
• Address customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Analyze daily sales and expenses to maximize profits.
