Regis Corporate is expanding its Yakima-area Supercuts management team with leaders who share ideas, support colleagues, and grow their careers together. If you’re an experienced stylist ready for more, our team offers coaching, training, and opportunities to step into leadership.

Open roles reward leadership with paid training, growth from one-on-one coaching, and a full menu of services from quick cuts to complex color. Our family-owned culture puts customers and employees first.

Qualificações

• Active cosmetology or barber license (or reciprocal) is required.
• Passion for hair and a collaborative spirit with big goals.
• Willingness to grow into leadership roles and manage teams.

• Lead client service across our salons and ensure outstanding guest experiences.
• Coach and mentor stylists to advance skills and service quality.
• Partner with ownership on goals and celebrate team wins together.

Pay and benefits

• Earn great wages, along with tips and commission. Effective hourly wage can be $24-$38/hour or more, which includes wages, tips, and performance bonuses. Motivated managers can earn upwards of $80,000 per year!
