Sun Tan City is seeking a proactive Assistant Salon Director to maintain a high-energy salon, drive performance, and deliver exceptional client experience. You will supervise Tanning Consultants, coach the team, and lead by example in everyday operations.

This role emphasizes client-centric service, operational excellence, and achievement of productivity goals, with opportunities for advancement within a growing nationwide chain.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience preferred.
• Strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily salon operations in fast-paced environment.
• Lead by example to deliver client-centric experience and sales growth.
• Maintain a professional, impeccably clean salon environment.
• Set goals and hold Team Members accountable.
• Coach, train, and provide feedback to Team Members.
• Generate sales reports, maintain inventory, and assist Salon Director.
• Control top line revenue and expenses with Salon Director.
• Maintain staffing levels for productivity and service while controlling labor costs.
• Work nights and weekends to provide management coverage.
• Reliable transportation to bank as needed.
• Five-day work week with 40–45 hours depending on status.
