Job summary

Sun Tan City is seeking a Salon Director in Training to drive store performance, deliver outstanding client service, and uphold operational excellence. You will supervise tanning consultants, model leadership, and push for strong results while maintaining a high standard of salon standards.

The role requires leadership, flexibility to work nights/weekends, and the ability to balance staffing with customer service quality.

Qualifications

• Management or sales experience required.
• Beauty Industry and/or Customer Service experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to manage effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Team building and delegation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily salon operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Lead by example to create a client-centric experience and meet sales expectations.
• Maintain a clean, professional salon environment.
• Set clear goals for Team Members and provide coaching.
• Generate sales reports, maintain inventory, assist withDirector functions.
• Help control revenue and expenses and manage staffing for productivity.
