Sun Tan City is seeking an ambitious Salon Director in Training to drive store performance, super­vise tanning consultants, and deliver exceptional client experiences. You will lead by example, manage operations, and advance sales while maintaining a professional salon environment.

The role requires management or sales experience, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work a 5-day week including nights and weekends. Company benefits and career growth opportunities are provided.

Formación

• Management and/or Sales experience required.
• Beauty Industry and/or Customer Service experience preferred.
• Basic Computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to manage effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of client service techniques and operational practices.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and manage daily operations of the salon in a fast-paced environment.
• Lead by example in all company operations including creating a client-centric experience and meeting personal sales expectations.
• Maintain a professional and impeccably clean salon environment.
• Establish clear goals and objectives for Team Members.
• Provide coaching, training, and feedback to improve Team Members’ daily performance.
• Generate sales reports, maintain inventory, and assist with other Salon Director functions.
• Assist the Salon Director in controlling top line revenue and expenses.
• Help maintain proper staffing levels to ensure maximum productivity and excellent customer service while controlling labor costs.
• Ability to work nights & weekends.
• Ability to work a 5-day workweek with approximately 35 to 45 hours per week depending on hourly or salary status.
