Qualifications

• High school diploma, or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience in retail/customer service environment.
• 1 year supervisory experience.
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7+hours per day.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
• Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintains store staff by recruiting, selecting, and orienting employees
• Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and giving feedback to sales staff.
• Schedule and assign employees to meet operational requirements.
• Monitor controllable expenses like labor and cost of sales to hit financial targets.
• Ensure store compliance with all legal requirements.
• Assign tasks to keep stores clean, stocked, organized, and customer ready.
• Build customer relationships to foster loyalty.
• Foster a positive, motivating, team-based environment.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Analyze daily sales and expenses to maximize profits.
• Safeguard and account for all money and banking duties.
