Sun Tan City - Metallic Tan is seeking an Assistant Salon Director to drive store performance, supervise Tanning Consultants, and deliver an exceptional client experience. This role requires leading by example, coaching staff, and maintaining operational excellence to meet productivity goals.

The position emphasizes managing daily operations, achieving sales targets, and fostering a client-centric environment with strong leadership and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• College education preferred, but not required.
• Management and/or Sales experience required.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to lead effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Team-building and delegation skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily salon operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Lead by example to create a client-centric experience and meet sales goals.
• Maintain a professional, clean salon environment.
• Set clear goals for team members and provide coaching.
• Generate reports and assist with salon director duties.
• Help manage revenue and expenses and control labor costs.
• Ensure proper staffing for productivity and service coverage.
• Provide night and weekend coverage as needed.
