Qualifications

• College education preferred, but not required.
• Management and/or Sales experience required.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to manage effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership with coaching and mentoring abilities.
• Team-building and delegation skills.
• Ability to prioritize and supervise staff.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily operations of the salon in a fast-paced environment.
• Lead by example to create a client-centric experience and meet sales expectations.
• Maintain a professional and impeccably clean salon.
• Establish goals and objectives for Team Members.
• Provide coaching, training, and feedback to improve performance.
• Generate sales reports and maintain inventory; assist Salon Director.
• Assist Salon Director in controlling revenue and expenses.
• Help maintain staffing levels to maximize productivity and customer service while controlling labor costs.
• Ability to work nights, Saturdays, Sundays for coverage.
• Reliable transportation to bank visits.
