Palm Beach Tan is seeking outgoing, energetic leaders to accurately represent our brand and develop sales teams with a focus on increasing profits and enhancing customer and employee satisfaction.

Starting Pay $16-$20/hr. + commission & bonuses. The ideal applicant will be highly motivated to achieve sales goals, thrive in a commission-driven environment, and build a long-term career with our organization. A comprehensive training program is provided to prepare future management staff.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Proven experience in retail/customer service environment is preferred.
• 1 year supervisory experience is preferred.
• Ability to influence others effectively.
• Must be able to stand, bend, and walk for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Maintains store staff by recruiting, selecting, and orienting employees.
• Meets sales goals and other performance criteria by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff, including coaching and disciplining as needed.
• Schedules and assigns employees and follows up on results.
• Monitors controllable expenses to achieve financial objectives.
• Ensures store compliance with legal requirements and maintains store reputation.
• Manages tasks to keep stores clean, stocked, organized, and customer-ready.
• Builds rapport with customers to foster loyalty and long-term relationships.
• Creates a positive, motivating, team-based environment.
• Resolves customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Analyzes daily sales and expenses and conducts financial analysis to maximize profits.
• Handles banking responsibilities and cash handling requirements.
