Job summary

Adam Broderick Salon & Spa is seeking a Salon Experience Coordinator to bring warm hospitality to every guest on the salon floor. This role focuses on the guest journey from welcome to checkout, emphasizing personal connections and high-touch service.

You'll be visible on the floor, anticipate needs, coordinate reservations, and support a collaborative team to ensure guests leave feeling valued and cared for.

Qualifications

• Experience in a salon, spa, boutique hotel, or another high-touch hospitality business is preferred.
• Meevo experience is a plus but not required.
• Familiarity with haircare, cosmetology, wellness, or beauty is helpful.
• Experience supporting guests in a fast-paced environment is valued.

Responsibilities

• Be visible on the salon floor and escort guests with warm, personal handoffs.
• Coordinate reservations and respond to guest needs with accuracy and warmth.
• Assist with checkout, product recommendations, and future bookings.
• Help maintain cleanliness, presentation, and readiness of the salon floor and workspaces.
• Communicate proactively with providers and support teams about needs and next steps.
• Create a culture of high-touch service, positivity, and teamwork.
