Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests on arrival and identify their needs.
• Provide beverages and rituals to guests waiting for service.
• Educate guests about Aveda products and services.
• Promote store events and product sales to guests.
• Support service providers with check-ins/outs and room readiness.
• Maintain salon cleanliness and towel availability.
