Job summary

Sally Beauty Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Salon Business Consultant to drive salon growth across a defined Clarksville, KY, and surrounding territory.

You will visit salons, build relationships, and introduce new products through structured promotions and social media outreach. The role requires a vehicle for travel, a customer-centric sales approach, and the ability to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent certification.
• Minimum of 1 year outside sales experience or beauty industry experience with consultative selling.
• Must live within the assigned territory.
• Inventory control systems and visual merchandising experience preferred; familiarity with Facebook is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Grow the business by identifying key accounts within the territory and expanding existing salons.
• Demonstrate and assist customers in developing, planning, implementing, monitoring and tracking results of in-salon promotions and concepts.
• Call on customers in person to execute established sales goals.
• Manage daily order entry and maintain customer information and activity in Salesforce.
• Prospect for new customers via cold calling, social media, and digital outlets.
