Job summary

Sally Beauty Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to lead a dynamic team and deliver exceptional customer experiences in our Sally Beauty store. You will recruit, coach, and motivate staff, set goals, and drive sales through service and product knowledge.

You will oversee daily operations, manage inventory, control costs, and ensure budgets are met while maintaining a welcoming, well-presented store that reflects our brand and values.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of previous sales management experience.
• Experience in operational, financial and performance management.
• Cosmetology license is a plus - but not required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Passion for all things hair and beauty.

Responsibilities

• Lead talent, inspire your team and ensure every customer has a great experience.
• Oversee store operations with emphasis on budget, expenses, sales growth and inventory.
• Protect customers, associates and store assets by following safety rules and company policies.
