The Lash Lounge is hiring a Front Desk Representative in Florida to be the friendly first contact for clients. You will greet guests, book appointments, handle calls, and collect payment information while upselling memberships.

The ideal candidate is cheerful, communicates well, and can multitask using computer systems. Responsibilities include welcoming clients, scheduling, handling paperwork, maintaining a clean space, and educating clients on products and membership benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of receptionist or similar role.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient with computers and scheduling software.
• Strong multitasking and friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they arrive and provide an excellent customer experience
• Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
• Assist clients with paperwork, including consent forms
• Maintain a clean and inviting environment
• Provide general customer service and attend to the needs of customers throughout their services
• Educate clients on retail products and benefits
• Selling a minimum of 8 memberships a month
