You will process payments, manage memberships, and support marketing efforts. Requires a cosmetology or barber license and comfort with a fast-paced, customer-facing environment. Base pay starts at $15/hour with additional commissions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Must be 18+ to serve alcoholic beverages.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to work well in a team setting.
• Positive, uplifting attitude and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication abilities verbally, over the phone, and in messaging.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to ensure guests feel welcomed and valued.
• Book appointments and manage the salon’s calendar.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls with excellent phone etiquette.
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Utilize the POS system to check in/out clients, collect payments, document information, and manage memberships.
• Assist with marketing and sales by educating clients on products, services, and promotions.
