Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
• Active cosmetology or barber license in the state of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to ensure everyone feels welcomed and valued.
• Book appointments and manage the salon’s calendar effectively.
• Managing inbound and outbound calls with excellent phone etiquette.
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner; utilize POS to check in/out clients, collect payments, document client information, manage memberships.
• Assist with marketing and sales by educating clients on products, services, and promotions.
