Boardroom Salon for Men is hiring a Front Desk Coordinator in DFW/Southlake. The hourly role starts at $15/hour with retail and membership commissions. You will greet clients, book appointments, manage the salon calendar, handle calls, and assist with memberships and promotions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
• Minimum 18 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to work well in a team setting.
• Positive, uplifting attitude and attention to detail in fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to ensure guests feel welcome and valued.
• Book appointments and manage salon calendar effectively.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls with excellent phone etiquette.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
• Utilize POS system to check in/out clients, collect payments, and manage memberships.
