Boardroom Salon for Men in Houston, TX is looking for a Front Desk Coordinator (Part Time) at Vintage Park to provide warm guest services and smooth appointment flow.

You will handle calls, bookings, and memberships, while representing our brand with a professional and friendly demeanor. Starting pay is $15/hour with retail and membership commissions. This position offers part-time hours and potential full-time availability for certain locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
• Must be 18+ to serve alcoholic beverages.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to work well in a team setting.
• Positive, uplifting attitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication abilities verbally, over the phone, and in messaging.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to ensure every guest feels welcome and valued.
• Book appointments and manage the salon’s calendar effectively.
• Manage inbound and outbound calls with professional etiquette.
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
• Use the POS system to check in/out clients, collect payments, and manage memberships.
• Assist with marketing and sales by educating clients on products and promotions.
