Qualifikationen

• Leadership experience or interest in future leadership is a plus.

• Greet and check in guests warmly and professionally.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout every guest interaction.
• Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, cancellations, and waitlist opportunities.

• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk, reception area, and salon.
• Complete daily administrative and operational responsibilities accurately.
• Use quieter periods productively and identify tasks that need attention without waiting to be directed.
• Support service providers and help identify potential issues before they disrupt the guest experience.
• Follow established salon procedures and standards.
• Follow through on responsibilities and ensure tasks are completed thoroughly.
