Boardroom Salon for Men is seeking a Front Desk Coordinator to join our DFW Alliance Town Center location. This hourly role pays starting at $15/hour with additional commissions from retail and memberships, and offers a strong benefits package after onboarding.

The role focuses on welcoming guests, booking appointments, handling calls, and supporting marketing initiatives while delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
• Minimum 18 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to work well in a team setting.
• Positive, uplifting attitude.
• Attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to stay calm and professional in stressful situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to ensure guests feel welcomed and valued.
• Book appointments and manage the salon’s calendar effectively.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls with excellent phone etiquette.
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Use POS system to check in/out clients, process payments, and manage memberships.
• Assist with marketing and sales by educating clients on products, services, and promotions.
