Job summary

West Coast Tanning, Inc. is seeking energetic individuals for a frontline role in our Riverside store. The position focuses on meeting sales targets, guiding customers through tanning services, and maintaining a welcoming salon environment.

Starting pay is $21 per hour with quarterly reviews that can raise hourly pay up to $25. Monthly bonuses of $800 and commissions on product and membership sales are also offered, along with 401(k) and health benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to stand, bend and walk for 7 hours per day.
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales goals on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
• Hire and train Salon Consultants to help achieve salon goals.
• Maintain a positive, fun, and professional salon environment for employees and clients.
• Consult with customers in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Educate customers on safe tanning practices and retail items.
• Maintain a clean and organized salon.
• Open/close business.
• Complete daily administrative paperwork and track goals.
• Guide customers to rooms and show them how to use tanning equipment.
• Attend off-site sales events and trainings.
