Job summary

West Coast Tanning, Inc. in Los Angeles is seeking passionate, hard-working individuals to represent our brand in a fast-paced salon environment. The role emphasizes customer service, education on tanning practices, and a team-oriented atmosphere.

Starting pay is $19 per hour with commission on all product, package, upgrade, and membership sales, plus a $200 monthly store bonus opportunity and comprehensive training. Health, vision, dental coverage and discounts are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7 hours per day.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
• Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Meeting sales goals measured daily/weekly/monthly.
• Assists with daily store manager admin work.
• Assists with training new hire sales associates.
• Assists with holding team members accountable to standard policies and sales expectations.
• Consults with customers in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Educate customers on safe tanning practices and retail items.
• Maintain a clean and organized salon.
• Opening/closing business.
• Daily administrative paperwork, and goal tracking.
• Walk customers to their rooms and teach them how to use the tanning equipment when they have questions or are first time users.
• Attending Off Sight Sales And Job Trainings.
