Job summary

West Coast Tanning, Inc. is seeking energetic team members for on-site roles in California. Starting pay is $21 per hour, with quarterly reviews that can raise base pay to up to $25 per hour.

Earn $800 monthly bonuses based on store performance and commissions on products, packages, upgrades, and memberships. We offer a welcoming, team-oriented atmosphere with training on goal setting and competitive contests.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to stand, bend and walk for long periods (up to 7 hours daily).
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales goals.
• Hire and train Salon Consultants to help achieve salon goals.
• Maintain a positive, fun, and professional salon environment for employees and clients.
• Consult with customers in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Educate customers on safe tanning practices and retail items.
• Maintain a clean and organized salon.
• Open/close the business.
• Daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking.
• Walk customers to their rooms and teach them how to use tanning equipment for first-time users.
• Attend off-site sales events and trainings.
