Job summary

West Coast Tanning, Inc. in Redlands, CA is seeking energetic individuals to join our sales team. This entry-level role offers hands-on training, competitive commission, and a clear path to leadership as you help customers with tanning products and memberships.

Starting pay is $18 per hour with additional bonuses and store incentives. We provide health and vision insurance, a fun team environment, and flexible scheduling to fit school or other commitments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to stand and perform physical tasks for 7 hours per day.
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales goals daily/weekly/monthly.
• Assist with daily store manager admin work.
• Assist with training new hire sales associates.
• Hold team members accountable to policies and sales expectations.
• Consult with customers in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Educate customers on safe tanning practices and retail items.
• Maintain a clean and organized salon.
• Open/close business and handle daily paperwork.
