Job summary

West Coast Tanning, Inc. in California seeks passionate, hard-working individuals for a Salon Consultant role. Starting pay is $21/hour with quarterly reviews and increases up to $25/hour.

Earn $800 monthly bonuses based on store performance and commission on all product, package, upgrade, and membership sales. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time (7 hours per day).
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales goals daily/weekly/monthly.
• Hire and train Salon Consultants to help achieve salon goals.
• Maintain a positive, fun, and professional salon environment for employees and clients.
• Consult with customers in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Educate customers on safe tanning practices and retail items.
• Maintain a clean and organized salon.
• Opening/closing the business.
• Daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking.
• Lead customers to rooms and teach them how to use tanning equipment for first-time users.
• Attend off-site sales and job trainings.
