West Coast Tanning, Inc. is seeking energetic individuals for entry-level sales roles at our California salons. You will represent our brand, meet monthly sales targets, and provide friendly customer service in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Meeting sales goals daily/weekly/monthly.
• Assist with daily store manager admin work.
• Assist with training new hire sales associates.
• Ensure team adherence to policies and sales expectations.
• Consult with customers in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Educate customers on safe tanning practices and retail items.
• Maintain a clean and organized salon.
• Open/close the business.
• Complete daily administrative paperwork and track goals.
• Guide first-time customers on tanning equipment use.
• Participate in off-site sales and job trainings.
