Sun Tan City is seeking a Salon Director to lead daily operations, supervise staff, hire and train employees, and deliver exceptional client experiences in a fast-paced salon environment. The role focuses on staffing, scheduling, coaching, and ensuring target performance while upholding safety and quality standards.

The position emphasizes strong leadership, teamwork, and a customer-centric approach, with opportunities for development within Glow Brands and a supportive benefits program.

Qualifications

• College education preferred, but not required.
• Management and/or Sales experience required.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to manage effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Developing and coaching employees to provide amazing client experiences.
• Following up swiftly on client concerns and issues.
• Maintains positive example and calm demeanor during high volume.
• Drives company metrics and implements programs to staff performance.
• Plans and delegates responsibilities to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensures cleanliness, maintenance, sanitation and security of the salon.
• Manages staffing levels to support development and operations.
• Adheres to wage and hour laws for non-exempt staff.
