Sun Tan City seeks a Salon Director to lead a team and manage daily salon operations, staffing, training, and ensuring exceptional client experiences. Regularly supervise staff, hire, train, evaluate, and schedule, while maintaining cleanliness and safety to deliver a superior Sun Tan City experience.

The role requires a strong focus on client satisfaction, performance goals, and brand values. A full-time position with a 5-day workweek and variable shifts helps meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Management and/or Sales experience required.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
• Ability to manage effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead salon team to deliver Sun Tan City Experience.
• Hire, train, evaluate, and schedule staff.
• Ensure client satisfaction and maintain salon cleanliness.
