Job summary

Sun Tan City is seeking a Salon Director to lead the day-to-day operations of a busy tanning salon. You will supervise staff, hire and train team members, ensure top-tier client service, and uphold safety, cleanliness, and brand standards. This role demands strong leadership and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

Management and/or sales experience required.
Basic computer skills: Word, Excel, Outlook.
Ability to manage effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Developing and coaching employees to provide amazing client experiences.
Following up swiftly on client concerns and issues.
