Job summary

Sun Tan City in the Glow Brands family is seeking a Salon Director in Training to drive store performance and client service. You will supervise Tanning Consultants, coach staff, and model leadership to achieve productivity goals in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include daily salon operations, coaching, inventory management, and scheduling to ensure exceptional customer experiences while supporting revenue objectives.

Qualifications

• Management or sales experience required.
• Beauty industry or customer service background preferred.
• Basic computer skills with Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to manage in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of client service techniques and operations.
• Strong leadership, coaching and mentoring abilities.
• Team building, prioritization and delegation skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily salon operations.
• Lead by example to create a client-centric experience.
• Maintain a professional, clean salon environment.
• Set goals for team members and provide coaching.
• Generate sales reports, manage inventory, assist with leadership tasks.
• Support Salon Director in revenue and expense control.
• Ensure appropriate staffing for productivity and service quality.
• Work nights and weekends; 5-day weeks, 35–45 hours.
