Sun Tan City is seeking a Salon Director in Training to drive store performance, elevate client service, and maintain operational excellence. You will supervise Tanning Consultants, lead by example, and help the team achieve productivity goals.

The role requires management or sales experience, with strong leadership and customer-service skills. This position offers a path to advancement and a positive, energetic work environment where employees are valued and can grow.

Qualifications

• Management and/or Sales experience required.
• Beauty Industry and/or Customer Service experience preferred.
• Basic Computer skills (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Ability to manage effectively in a fast-paced environment, supervising multiple situations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily salon operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Lead by example in client-centric service and achieving personal sales goals.
• Maintain a professional, clean salon environment.
• Set clear goals for Team Members and provide coaching and feedback.
• Generate sales reports, maintain inventory, and assist with salon director functions.
• Control top-line revenue and expenses with the Salon Director.
