Sun Tan City is seeking a Salon Director in Training to lead daily salon operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional client experiences. You will supervise tanning consultants, coach staff, and maintain a clean, efficient environment in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Management and/or sales experience required.
• Beauty industry and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, and Outlook) required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily salon operations.
• Lead by example and meet personal sales goals.
• Maintain a professional, clean salon environment.
• Establish clear goals for team members.
• Provide coaching and training to improve performance.
• Generate sales reports and manage inventory.
• Assist Salon Director with revenue and expenses.
• Maintain staffing levels for productivity and service.
• Ability to work nights and weekends.
• Work a 5-day week, about 35–45 hours.
