Job summary

Sun Tan City is seeking a motivated leader for the Salon Director in Training role. You will drive store performance, elevate client service, and supervise Tanning Consultants to reach company goals. Lead by example and foster accountability in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Management and/or Sales experience required.
• Beauty Industry and/or Customer Service experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to manage effectively in a fast-paced environment and coach others.
• Strong leadership, team-building, and delegation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily salon operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Lead by example to create a client-centric experience and meet sales goals.
• Maintain a professional and clean salon environment.
• Set clear goals for team members and provide coaching and feedback.
• Generate sales reports, manage inventory, and assist with salon director functions.
• Support top-line revenue and control labor costs.
• Work nights and weekends; 5‑day week, 35–45 hours.
