Job summary

Sun Tan City is seeking a Salon Director in Training to lead tanning consultants, drive store performance, and deliver an exceptional client experience. You will supervise daily salon operations, coach team members, and ensure a clean, professional environment while aiming to meet sales goals.

The role requires management or sales experience, customer service skills, and basic computer proficiency. A supportive benefits package and opportunities for advancement accompany this position.

Qualifications

• Management and/or Sales experience required.
• Beauty Industry and/or Customer Service experience preferred.
• Basic Computer skills with Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily salon operations.
• Lead by example to create a client-centric experience and meet sales goals.
• Maintain a professional and impeccably clean salon environment.
• Establish clear goals for Team Members and provide coaching.
• Generate sales reports and assist with inventory management.
• Help manage top-line revenue and expenses while controlling labor costs.
• Work nights and weekends; 5-day weeks, ~35–45 hours.
