Sun Tan City in the United States is seeking a Salon Director in Training to drive store performance and lead a team of Tanning Consultants toward exceptional client experiences. The role emphasizes leadership, coaching, and operational excellence in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Management experience and/or sales experience required.
• Beauty industry and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to manage effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple situations.
• Knowledge of client service techniques and operational practices.
• Problem-solving and organizational/planning skills.
• Strong leadership with ability to coach and mentor.
• Team-building skills.
• Ability to prioritize and delegate.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and manage daily salon operations.
• Lead by example to create a client-centric experience and meet sales expectations.
• Maintain a professional, clean salon environment.
• Establish clear goals for team members.
• Provide coaching, training, and feedback to staff.
• Generate sales reports and manage inventory.
• Assist in controlling revenue and expenses.
• Maintain staffing levels for productivity and service quality.
• Work nights and weekends.
• Work a 5-day week (35–45 hours) depending on status.
