Sun Tan City seeks a Salon Director to lead a team and deliver the Sun Tan City Experience, supervising staffing, operations, and client satisfaction.

You will hire, train, evaluate, and schedule staff, ensure cleanliness, safety, and adherence to wage laws, and drive sales and company metrics with integrity.

This role requires strong leadership, customer service, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment; 5-day workweek with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• College education preferred but not required.
• Management and/or Sales experience required.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) as listed.
• Ability to manage effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of client service techniques and operational practices.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Proven leadership and supervisory abilities.

Responsibilities

• Developing and coaching employees to provide amazing client experiences.
• Following up on client concerns and issues promptly.
• Setting a positive example and maintaining calm during high volume.
• Ensuring client-first attitude and accountability for service quality.
• Motivating staff and implementing company programs to meet goals.
• Maintaining salon cleanliness, safety, and organization.
