Job summary

Sun Tan City is seeking a Salon Director to lead a team and manage the full salon operation. You will oversee staffing, hiring, training, evaluating, and scheduling to deliver exceptional client experiences while ensuring cleanliness, safety, and quality standards.

The role emphasizes supervising staff, driving performance metrics, and maintaining strong client relationships in a fast-paced environment. A college education is preferred but not required, with opportunities for growth within Glow

Qualifications

• Management and/or Sales experience required.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
• Ability to coach and mentor while having knowledge of supervisory practices and procedures.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to manage effectively in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple situations.
