• Achieving salon sales goals: service sales, retail sales, gift card sales
• Meeting bonus targets when goals are met
• Maintaining new client gifts, intake forms, business cards, and service menus
• Completing opening and closing checklists before clocking out
• Holding service providers accountable for planning and tracking their daily activities
• Handling inventory, maintaining budget guidelines, and restocking
